Time Zone Meeting Planner
Pick a date and time in one city to see the local time in cities around the world.
How it works
The time you enter is converted to UTC and then to each city's local time, using your browser's up-to-date time zone database. That includes daylight saving time: London, Europe, North America, Sydney and Auckland change their clocks during the year, but Pakistan, the Gulf and most of Asia don't. The difference between Pakistan and London is therefore 4 hours in summer and 5 in winter.
Finding a good meeting time
- ✓ marks normal office hours (9 AM to 6 PM local time), and ✗ marks night (10 PM to 7 AM).
- Pakistan to the Gulf is easy (1 hour difference). Pakistan to the UK works best in the Pakistani afternoon, and to the US east coast in the Pakistani evening or the US morning.
- Remember weekends differ: the Gulf and many Muslim countries have Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday weekends.
Freelancers working with clients abroad can share the table when proposing times. For adding hours to a time, use the Time Calculator.
