Terms of Service

By using MentorMakers.pk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The service
MentorMakers.pk provides free online tools, optional accounts, paid plans and a developer API, operated by Maati Tech, Pakistan. Features, limits and tools may change, and individual tools may be unavailable from time to time.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use the tools to process content you have no right to use; to break passwords or protections on documents that aren't yours; to upload malware or illegal material; to overload the service (automated bulk use outside the API, scraping, attempts to bypass limits); or to attack, probe or disrupt the site. We may limit or suspend access that abuses the service.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the files and text you upload or create. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the tool you asked for and, for saved items, to store them in your account. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files.
4. Accounts
Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think your account was misused. You are responsible for activity on your account and API keys.
5. Paid plans
Prices, limits and features are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are activated after we confirm your payment. Plans run for the period shown and are not renewed automatically unless the plan says so. If something goes wrong with a payment or plan, contact us and we will look into it in good faith.
6. Developer API
API keys are personal to your account. Respect the daily limits shown in your dashboard, send keys in the X-API-Key header, and don't share or publish your key. We may change or retire API endpoints with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Results, calculators and AI
Tools are provided "as is". Conversions and compression can change how a file looks, OCR and AI can make mistakes, and calculators (including tax and Zakat) give estimates based on the figures you enter. Check important results yourself. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, medical or religious advice — see our Disclaimer.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Maati Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits from using the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Third-party services
The site links to and uses third-party services (such as Google sign-in, analytics and ads). Their own terms apply to them.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from My Account › Privacy & Data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
