This Privacy Policy explains what information MentorMakers.pk collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Files you upload
Files you upload to a tool (a PDF, an image, and so on) are processed on our server only for as long as needed to complete that specific task. Processed files are automatically deleted shortly after — either immediately after you download the result, or automatically after a short time if never downloaded. We do not read, review, or share the contents of your files, and we do not use them to train any model or service.
Account information
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and password (encrypted, never stored in plain text). You can also sign in using Google, in which case we receive your name and email from Google to create or match your account. Account information is used to let you save work (like a CV or Urdu book draft), track your plan, and — if you've opted in — send you occasional product updates.
Cookies and analytics
We use standard cookies to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. We may also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used in aggregate (which pages and tools are popular, general traffic patterns) — this data is anonymized and not tied to your identity. If AdSense or Google Ads is active on the site, Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads; you can control ad personalization through your own Google account settings.
Emails
If you sign up for an account, you may occasionally receive emails about new tools, offers, or important service notices. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also turn this off anytime from your account dashboard. Community and reviews
If you post in the Community section, leave a comment on a blog post, or submit a tool review, that content (along with your display name) is visible publicly on the site. Don't include anything in these posts you wouldn't want shown publicly.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Uploaded files are already deleted automatically as described above, well before any such request would even be needed.
