Letterheads without retyping

Many offices have a letterhead as a PDF from the designer. Instead of copying every letter into a template, write the letter normally, save it as PDF, then place the letterhead behind it here. The same works for a background design on certificates, or a page border.

On top or behind?

Behind (underlay): the letterhead sits under your text. It works best when the letter's pages have a white or transparent background.
On top (overlay): for stamps such as "PAID", "COPY" or "CONFIDENTIAL", or a scanned signature saved as PDF.

"Use its first page on every page" repeats one design on all pages. "Match page by page" is for a separate design per page, such as a pre-printed form. Both files should have the same page size (A4 on A4). The content is not flattened, so text stays selectable. For text watermarks, use Watermark PDF.

Privacy

Your file is processed on our server only to make your result, and is deleted when you download it or automatically after about an hour. It is never shared or used for anything else.
