CNIC Format Validator

This tool checks whether a CNIC number follows the correct 13-digit format used by Pakistan's national ID system, and displays it properly formatted with the standard dashes (like 12345-1234567-1) for a cleaner, more readable presentation.

This only validates the format and digit count — it does not check whether the number actually exists or matches a real, registered identity against NADRA's records, since that verification requires access to NADRA's own systems, not something a public format checker can do.
