How to sign up for a free account
An account is not required for most one-off tool use, but is needed to save work like invoices, CVs and client records.
Creating an account
- Click Sign up in the header.
- Enter your name, email and a password, or use Google Sign-In for a faster setup.
- Verify your email if prompted.
What you get immediately
Higher daily usage limits than anonymous use, plus access to features that need somewhere to save results — invoice history, CV storage, sign requests and the Developer API.
Forgotten password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset it by email — no need to contact support for a standard reset.
What to do right after signing up
Once your account is created, consider enabling two-factor authentication from Dashboard → Security for stronger protection, especially if you plan to save sensitive saved work like invoices or client records.
If you already used tools anonymously
Work done before creating an account is not automatically linked to your new account — anything you want saved going forward, do while signed in, since anonymous usage does not retroactively attach to an account created afterward.
Choosing between email signup and Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is generally faster since it skips creating and remembering a new password, while email signup keeps your account independent of any other service — either is a fully valid way to create an account, and the choice comes down to personal preference.

There is no real downside to creating an account even if you are not sure yet whether you will use the saved-work features — it costs nothing and simply becomes available whenever you do need it.
