Setting up two-factor authentication

Why enable it
With 2FA on, a stolen password is not enough to get into your account — the attacker also needs your phone.
Setting it up
- Go to Dashboard → Security.
- Choose enable two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or your password manager).
- Enter the six-digit code to confirm.
Save your recovery codes
You will be shown recovery codes. Save them somewhere safe and offline. If you lose your phone, these are the only way back into your account.
Authenticator app vs SMS
An authenticator app is more secure than SMS codes, which can be intercepted through SIM-swap attacks.
