How to recover a forgotten password
Losing access to your password doesn't mean losing your account — resetting it is quick as long as you still have access to the email address you signed up with.
Resetting your password
- Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot password.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Check your email for a reset link (check spam if it doesn't appear within a few minutes).
- Follow the link to set a new password.
If you no longer have access to that email
Contact support through the Help Center or contact page, since account recovery without email access needs manual verification.
After resetting
Consider enabling two-factor authentication from Dashboard → Security for stronger protection going forward.
Preventing this in future
Using a password manager to generate and store a strong, unique password for your account avoids the forgotten-password situation entirely going forward, and is generally safer than a password simple enough to remember by heart.
After recovering access
If you suspect your account may have been accessed by someone else before you regained control, review your account settings and consider enabling two-factor authentication from Dashboard → Security as an additional safeguard.
If the reset email never arrives
Beyond checking spam, confirm you are requesting the reset for the exact email address the account was originally created with — a common cause of a missing reset email is simply requesting it for a different email address than the one actually on file.

If you manage several accounts across different sites, a password manager is worth the modest setup effort — beyond preventing this specific situation, it also means every account gets a genuinely strong, unique password without you needing to remember any of them individually.
