Why does my video have no sound?
A video with visuals but no sound is almost always a conversion or codec problem, not a genuinely silent recording — unless the original truly had no audio to begin with.
First, check the original
Play the source file before any conversion to confirm it actually has sound. If it does, the issue happened during conversion.
