Privacy is the core design of MentorMakers — not an afterthought. Here is exactly what happens to a file you upload.
The lifecycle of your file
- Upload: your file travels over an encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connection to the processing server.
- Processing: the tool runs automatically — no human is involved and no preview is generated for anyone.
- Download: you get a private, one-time download link on the "Your file is ready" page.
- Auto-delete: within 1 hour, both your original upload and the processed result are permanently wiped from the server.
✅ Many tools (like several image tools) process files entirely inside your browser — those files never leave your device at all.
What we never do
- We never open, preview, or manually inspect uploaded files.
- We never share, sell, or use your files for anything other than running the tool you chose.
- We never keep copies after the auto-delete window.
