A young man tragically lost his life after suffering an electric shock, with his body later shifted to a hospital on Wednesday, officials said.
The incident occurred near Isa Model Village in Ghazi, where Syed Sabih Shah, son of Syed Naqeeb Shah and a resident of Hamlet Gharah, sustained severe injuries after coming into contact with an electric current.
He was immediately rushed to the Tehsil Headquarters Civil Hospital, Ghazi, but succumbed to his injuries. News of the sudden death of the young man sent shockwaves through Hamlet Gharah, where grief and mourning engulfed the community.
The bereaved family was left devastated, while local residents expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident. The funeral prayers for the deceased were offered at the local graveyard in Hamlet Gharah.
