RAWALPINDI:
The police claimed to have recovered the body of a woman from a stream in the Rawat area of Rawalpindi on Wednesday.
The body, believed to be that of a 23-year-old woman, was found in the Nullah Lung stream in the village of Bharwala. The identity of the woman has not been determined.
The body was shifted to a hospital for legal formalities. Police registered a case and further investigation was underway. In a separate incident, two people were injured in a traffic accident near the M2 motorway. A truck and a car collided near the Capital Smart City interchange.
