Uzbekistan businessmen and investors are keen to strengthen mutual trade and economic ties and in this regard, they will make all-out efforts to deepen cooperation and explore untapped opportunities.

These views were expressed by Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Deputy Chairman Tokhtaev Akobirjon, who was leading a high-level delegation, at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).

“This visit is a step forward in establishing long-term institutional linkages between the business communities of Pakistan and Uzbekistan,” he remarked.

LCCI President Mian Abuzar Shad called Uzbekistan a key trading hub in Central Asia and said that continued engagements with Tashkent reflect the growing interest in strengthening bilateral relations.
