Unreleased Kendrick Lamar songs have appeared online, drawing major attention from fans and hip hop communities.
Among the leaked material are reference tracks from Baby Keem’s “The Sound of Bad Habit” era, as well as unreleased collaborations recorded several years ago.
Two of the leaked tracks, “OD” and “Trouble Me”, were reportedly created in 2018 before Lamar decided not to include them in his own projects. Instead, he is said to have sent them to Rihanna for potential use. Another song, “Public Enemy”, features British artist Bakar, further highlighting Lamar’s wide-ranging creative partnerships during that period.
Fans have been especially vocal about the Baby Keem reference tracks, “So What” and “Opinions”, which have circulated widely across social media.
The leaks come as Kendrick Lamar continues his Grand National world tour, which recently passed through South America. He is scheduled to conclude this leg of the tour with a performance at Estadio Monumental David Arellano in Macul, Chile, following shows in Bogotá, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, and Mexico City. Reports indicate the Mexico City concert attracted over 65,000 fans.
Following the Chile show, Lamar is expected to take a brief break before heading to Australia for a series of performances in Melbourne, Sydney, Newington, Moore Park, Carrara, and other cities.
