DIJKOT:
Unidentified motorcycle riders opened fire on a vehicle, killing Pakistan Peoples Party leader Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf Sahi.
Sahi, a 69-year-old resident of Chak No.61GB, was travelling in his vehicle from his home in Jaranwala when he was ambushed by motorcycle riders on Jhumra Road.
The attackers fired indiscriminately at the vehicle, severely injuring Sahi. He was rushed to the THQ hospital where he died.
