Deputy Commissioner Lahore Syed Musa Raza has issued a new notification adjusting prices of essential food items to provide relief to consumers.

Key changes include:

  • Chana Dal (Fine): Rs 240/kg (-20)

  • Chana Dal (Special): Rs 255/kg (-20)

  • Kala Chana (Local): Rs 245/kg (-15)

  • Kala Chana (Fine): Rs 235/kg (-15

  • White Chana (Imported): Rs 285/kg (-10)

  • Besan (Gram Flour): Rs 255/kg (-15)

  • Masoor Dal (Coarse): Rs 255/kg (-5)

  • Moong Dal: Rs 345/kg (+20)

Milk, meat, roti, and basmati rice prices remain stable.

He also shared an updated rate list of all essential food items today on his X account.

The DC emphasized that citizens can report complaints via the Punjab App or call on 03070002345. He warned that violations of fixed prices will not be tolerated and assured strict enforcement of price control laws to ensure equitable supply of goods.
