KARACHI:
The Judicial Magistrate South has ordered the investigation officer to submit the charge sheet in the next hearing in the case of operating an illegal call centre against Armughan, the prime accused in Mustafa Amir murder case. The court expressed displeasure over the failure to submit the Challan.
The court inquired why the charge sheet had not been submitted yet. The IO responded that some more time was needed and assured that the challan would be submitted soon.
The court then ordered the submission of the challan on the next hearing.
