Cardi B and Stefon Diggs welcomed their first child together on November 3

Did Stefon Diggs pop the question to Cardi B amid her divorce from Offset?

On Wednesday, November 19, the Grammy-winning rapper shared the first photos of her and the NFL star’s newborn baby boy on, and fans immediately zeroed in on a surprising detail.

The proud mom of four posted a carousel of images featuring her little bundle of joy, with the last image showing a huge ring on her engagement finger.

Cardi, 33, kicked things off with a tender photo of herself holding the newborn in a nursery chair. Her son’s name is still under wraps, but she dressed him in a tiny New England Patriots cap and onesie, a subtle nod to Diggs, 31, who plays wide receiver for the team.

Another image showed Cardi, Diggs, and their baby in the hospital room shortly after his birth, with the infant’s face blurred.

She also shared close-ups of the cosy onesie and a sweet snuggle moment.

But it was the final photo that set fans off. A silver ring with a modest diamond sat on her left hand, instantly sparking speculation.

She confirmed her baby’s date of birth as November 4 in the caption, adding a teddy bear and a football emoji.

Diggs replied in the comments section, “Proud of you boo butt!!! Love you,” and revealed the their son’s nickname, “Brim.”

Cardi announced her son’s arrival in a November 13 Instagram post, reflecting, “My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons… My last chapter was the beginning of a new season…”

She remains legally married to Offset, with whom she shares Kulture, Wave, and Blossom, though they split in 2024.

Cardi and Diggs first sparked dating rumours in February and confirmed their romance in May. By September, she revealed she was expecting their first child together.
