On the first day of the residential and commercial plots auction in the federal capital organised by CDA, plots worth a total of Rs13.5 billion were auctioned off.
CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that the strong participation of investors in the public auction is a manifestation of complete confidence in the policies of CDA. He said that gaining the trust of investors of Islamabad is among their top priorities.
On the first day of the public auction, Plot No. 15 (F-8/G-8) in Blue Area was auctioned for Rs3.5 billion. Plot No. 17 (F-8/G-8) in Blue Area was auctioned for Rs9.15 billion. While plot number C-37 in Orchard Scheme, Murree Road was auctioned for Rs42.2 million and plot number D-37 in Orchard Scheme, Murree Road was auctioned for Rs42.2 million. The four plots auctioned for Rs13.5 billion.
The three-day auction will continue at Jinnah Convention Centre until December 24. Residential and commercial plots of different categories will be on auction. Plots in various centres, E-11 Northern Strip, agro farms and petrol pumps will be part of the auction.
