The rapper, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, first revealed her diagnosis in November 2024
Bhad Bhabie has told fans she received difficult medical news as she continues treatment for cancer.
“Bad news from my doctor yesterday, god has the last say so not my cancer,” the 22-year-old rapper wrote on X on Saturday.
The artist, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, first revealed her diagnosis in November 2024 after responding to criticism about her weight loss. “I’m sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight,” she wrote on Instagram Stories at the time. “I’m slowly gaining back. So, stop running [with] the worst narratives 💕.”
She has not disclosed further details about the type of cancer or her treatment plan, although a family source previously confirmed she was undergoing medical care.
Bregoli rose to prominence in 2016 following her appearance on Dr. Phil in a segment titled “I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime.” During the episode, she delivered the line that propelled her to viral fame, “Catch me outside, that’s what I always do and they never catch me. Ain’t nobody gonna catch me. Cash me outside, how ‘bout dat.” She later transitioned into a music career.
Beyond music, Bregoli became a mother in March 2024, welcoming daughter Kali Love with ex-boyfriend Le Vaughn. “The things that make me happy are just being a mom,” she later added during a podcast interview, noting that her daughter “has my attitude.”
