The first American Business Club National Junior Squash Championship was organised by the Sindh Squash Association in collaboration with the American Business Council of Pakistan.
In the Boys’ U19 event, Abdullah Nawaz defeated Abdullah Nadeem of Punjab.
Damia Khan of Sindh defeated Vaishnavi Kumar in the girls’ U15 event.
Raheel Victor of Sindh defeated Muhammad Mustafa Khan of Punjab in the boys’ U13 event, and in the boys’ U11 event, Muhammad Sameer of PAF defeated Atif Ali Nazkohra of PAF.

At the closing ceremony, awards worth the prize money of Rs. 800,000 were distributed at the Pakistan Squash Federation Jahangir Khan Squash Complex.
The special guest of the closing ceremony was Dr. Junaid Ali Shah, former caretaker Minister of Sindh for Sports and Culture.
Dr. Junaid Ali Shah, while paying tribute to the efforts of the American Business Council of Pakistan in promoting squash at the grassroots level across the country, said that providing modern coaching and basic facilities along with accommodation and education opportunities to emerging players free of cost is a commendable act.
With such measures, Pakistan can regain its lost position in the world squash. Adnan Asad, President of the Sindh Squash Association, said that squash is continuing in Pakistan with the support of institutions like McDonald’s.
Squash tournaments with large sums of money will be organized nationwide. The talented young players of Sindh Senior player Raheel Victor will be provided squash training and education in America.
