ISLAMABAD’:
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad on Wednesday formally indicted three individuals in a case related to Nov 26 protest.
The case was registered at Karachi Company Police Station. Several PTI leaders and workers had been named in the FIR.
Hearing the case, ATC judge Tahir Abbas Sipra indicted three accused in the case.
Lawyers Sardar Muhammad Masroof Khan and Amna Ali appeared before the court to represent the accused. After the indictment, the judge summoned prosecution witnesses to record their statements at the next hearing.
